A 12-week clinician-led program for adults with a BMI of 30+, or 27+ with a weight-related condition such as high blood pressure, high cholesterol, or type 2 diabetes. You complete a medical intake, a licensed clinician in your state reviews it, and if treatment is appropriate they build a plan, order it to your door, and review your progress at each check-in. If treatment is not appropriate, you are told why and refunded.
